The plans promise a system that gets better every month. This is that promise applied to our own site. Newest first.

One field for both heroes
The homepage constellation and the Mission field now run on one engine. The homepage opens with the wave and moves through rings, lattice and scan; the six-blade aperture form is gone from both pages. On phones and tablets the field has its own room on each page, so nothing ever forms behind the words, and on wide screens the form keeps clear of the headline. The hero mark no longer jumps on iPhone: the scroll lift is one property on its wrapper rather than a transform on every blade, and a thumb landing on it to scroll leaves the spin alone. On Onyx the mark seals white. The inline nav waits for a screen wide enough to hold it.

Phones and tablets
A pass over every page on small screens. The hero mark no longer traps a thumb that is trying to scroll: on touch, a sideways drag spins it and an up-or-down drag scrolls. Both constellations let go of a lifted finger. Every tap target is at least 44 pixels. The page can never scroll sideways. Reveals on phones skip the blur and the fixed grain layer is off, so mid-range Android stays smooth. The three lines of the mission fit the narrowest phone.

Fewer boxes, two more systems, plans that say what they contain, and a mark that seals
The six systems on the homepage are a numbered list now, not a grid of cards. The three plans are one piece divided by hairlines, with the lead plan marked by a cobalt rule instead of a badge. Buttons lost their glow, corners tightened, the footer is a single row, and sections are separated by space rather than lines. Two systems added: AI call handling and online ordering. The Mission page below its opening is now the mission in three lines and a dictionary of sixteen verbs, each with an example, the counters, panels and search are gone. Every plan now starts with a website and a domain name in your name, and each plan lists everything it includes rather than pointing at the one before it.

Type, Onyx, and the demo library
One typeface across the site: Geist, for headings and body alike. The dark theme is now Onyx: near-black, white type, white buttons, with colour kept for the mark, the closing band and the live dot. The closing band on every page is glass, cobalt in the light theme and white in the dark.
Demo: sign in on /demo and a library of working demonstrations opens, starting with Ostfro Property Management on ostfro.net with four portals under one domain. A client code under the plans reprices them live.

Redesign
New palette: porcelain, cobalt and champagne, with a midnight dark theme that follows your system setting. New type: Bricolage Grotesque for headings, Instrument Sans for everything else. Purple is gone from every file, including the shader behind the hero.
Removed: the numbered service cards, the label above every heading, the “Read more” arrows, the fake statistics under the hero, and the scrolling ribbon. Legal pages no longer animate.
Under the bonnet: a build step with shared header and footer, clean URLs, security headers, a service worker with an offline page, page transitions, link prefetching, a 404 that’s ours, and this page.
Assistant: rate-limited per visitor, moved to the current model, and now reports whether it’s online on the homepage.

New home
Moved the site to a fresh GitHub organisation and a new Vercel team. DNS migrated with no downtime. Full history preserved back to the first commit.
